- Multi-Family Home:
First Unit: $180
Second Unit: $170
Third Unit: $160 - (Paint condition should be intact.)
- Special Pricing: Available for multi-unit properties managed by management companies or individual owners.
- Property Access: The property owner must provide access, and an individual over 18 years old should be present.
- Additional Charges: An additional $100 will be charged if a re-inspection is required. If driving distance is more than 20 miles from Jersey City, extra charges may apply to cover tolls and gas.
Dust Wipe Inspection Pricing
- Single Family Home (Less than 1500 sq. ft., within 2 levels): $250
- Second Unit: $200 plus sample cost of $10 (approximately 6 to 9 samples required per unit).
- Special Pricing: Available for multi-unit properties managed by management companies or individual owners.

XRF Services Pricing

- Interior Lead-Free Certificate
Issued if no lead paint is detected by XRF.- 1 BHK (Less than 500 sq. ft.): $350
- Pricing varies for larger units (e.g., $400 for 2 BHK).
- If lead paint is detected, a Lead Safe Certificate will be issued according to local township requirements, with a $50 reduction from the agreed price (e.g., visual inspection $200 plus XRF testing $200 for 1 BHK less than 500 sq. ft.).
